ABOUT:
Suzy Im is the co-founder and managing partner of Sponsors of the Future. As an educator and author of two books, including youth leadership communication and life skills, she is passionate about developing programs that meet the needs of neurodivergent kids. Suzy has taken it upon herself to take on a key gap that current healthcare systems fail to address. In co-founding SoF, Suzy's vision is to create an ecosystem that families can rely on to help children with disabilities accomplish what others say is impossible.
Janice Dru-Bennett, head of philanthropy and advocacy at SOF, is committed to helping to make the world a better place. With a degree in politics and a Visual Arts certificate from Princeton University, she taps into extensive networks and groups, actively fundraising and supporting community initiatives. She has served on multiple non-profit boards, including as former Board Chair of the Center for Election Science. She also started an initiative called "Hearts and Minds Connect" when she was in high school to integrate students of all backgrounds and abilities in an after school program. As a mother and community member, her mission is to help others thrive on health and wellbeing, advance sustainability, and champion diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, accessibility, and allyship.
