Cornelius Carr is a former British Boxing Champion from Middlesbrough. He also won a version of a world title in 1999, claiming the WBF belt. Arguably his most famous night came in a narrow defeat to Steve Collins in a world title fight in Dublin in 1995 - a fight Carr took at short notice. Carr continues to train boxers and members of the public in Swansea. He is a qualified personal trainer. Mark Hopkins was a pioneer in The UK, and played professionally in The USA for a spell. Richard Graves is a sports broadcaster and journalist  with more than 25 years experience as a reporter and presenter - across radio, TV and digital. This included a 17-year spell as a reporter for Sky Sports. Since leaving Sky Sports in 2021, he's worked for a raft of outlets including SUTV (Sheffield United), IMG, The NFL Network and has worked as an events host.

Dr Mark Draper is a former anaesthetist who's been a General Practitioner for more than 30 years. He's also trained as a nutritionist and has run courses in nutrition with a special focus on micronutrition. 

Here we discuss the importance of Vitamin D3 and supplementation in the UK during winter (and possibly all year around) relative to variables like lifestyle, skin pigmentation, amount of clothing an individual wears etc. Relative to seasonality we talk about the possibility of banking vitamin D3, but the dance between getting enough sunlight without suffering sunburn and/or skin damage. 

We also touch on selenium and zinc too and discuss the varying quality of soil in the western world and how this may affect differing requirements of supplementation (e..g. Canadians and Americans consume food grown in more replete soil than British people).
