Curt Ritchie is a well-known name in Iowa Football as a Hall of Fame Iowa High School Coach at Williamsburg, IA. Coach Ritchie moved to the college ranks last March to Mt. Vernon to help recharge the Cornell Rams. He takes a deep dive in his first year as a college coach and how they are building a foundation to climb in the Midwest Conference (NCAA DIII)The Rams play in the Midwest Conference and are one of Iowa's oldest college football teams (Over 135 years) and also play in the oldest college rivalry game west of the Mississippi River each year (Coe-Cornell is over 135 years old). New Football Coach Brandon Novak joins the show to talk in depth about this year's DuHawk football team. Coach Novak comes from St. John's (MN) one of the powerhouses of DIII with over 25+ years of experience to lead the new DuHawks in the rugged A-R-C.AD Denise Udelhofen has been part of Loras for over 30 years and is working side by side with Coach Novak to raise the profile of DuHawk football in the A-R-C. She shares some great insights on all sports at Loras and the challenges and opportunities in the A-R-C.

Luka Garza comes on the show to talk about his playing career at Iowa and now with the Boston Celtics and his Luka Garza basketball camp that he is putting on in Fayette Iowa at Upper Iowa University.
