Curt Ritchie is a well-known name in Iowa Football as a Hall of Fame Iowa High School Coach at Williamsburg, IA. Coach Ritchie moved to the college ranks last March to Mt. Vernon to help recharge the Cornell Rams. He takes a deep dive in his first year as a college coach and how they are building a foundation to climb in the Midwest Conference (NCAA DIII)The Rams play in the Midwest Conference and are one of Iowa's oldest college football teams (Over 135 years) and also play in the oldest college rivalry game west of the Mississippi River each year (Coe-Cornell is over 135 years old).
