Let's talk gym intimidation AKA the top reason why females are not getting enough exercise. This can stem from multiple factors such as not knowing how to use equipment, fear of other's judgement, or being hit on. Next, we transition into Narcissistic Personality Disorder, specifically narcissistic parents- ouch. Lastly, I continue on with the INSANE story of the serial killer, John Norman Collins, whom terrorized my hometown.
