During the Gaelic festival of Samhain or Halloween, many dress in ghoulish clothes & answer the question: 'trick or treat." Symbolically, we're being asked; what price are we willing to pay to avoid the potential malevolence that could arise from the scary world of the unknown. With wisdom, we should choose not to be tricked by the fear of chaos or the promise of stability, standing strongly on the bridge between the two, embracing the strength & diverse creativity that comes from living on the edge of chaos.  

Only enjoy the meditation when you're in a place where you can comfortably close your eyes ie. not while driving or operating machinery.
