Are we freer?

Are we leading better lives now than a century ago?

The answers to all these and many more similar questions are not straight, yes!

An inaudible and omnipresent voice murmurs in our ears constantly lest we forget that we have made progress!

Every movement in human history started with an individual or a small group of determined people. A much larger group followed the core group, and a ripple effect took place, which in the end became a revolution. Those at the center, almost and always, know more than other outward layers involved in a movement. The vast majority of those participating in movements are not aware of what they are doing or even want! They simply follow the mass!

I found the story of Faust to be very relevant in our time. 

We will see all around us people who either have sold or will sell their souls to the Devil. The allure of power, control, and even perhaps a chance at immortality are potent motivations to these people.

We have figured out humans. 

We know how the human body works. 

We have discovered the secrets of DNA and mapped the human genome.

We can manipulate the body, fool it and even control it.

We drug them and make them happy or sad.

We have mastered human biology and biochemistry.

We have deciphered the mysteries of human hardware.

The journey continues. Pashotan must save his love.
