In today's episode, we are still working with the third eye
If you missed Monday's episode, you may want to go back and work on that day. You can find past episodes HERE
If you are participating in this week’s journal prompts, grab your notebook, favorite pen, and favorite beverage.
You can sketch, doodle, or write in your journal
The prompts for the next two weeks are.
In what ways does fear try to protect me? How can I tell the difference between fear that is telling me something important and fear that is holding me back?
Was imagination encouraged or discouraged growing up? What was my relationship with my imagination like when I was a kid?
If I could take a single step this week that leads me closer to my dreams, what does that step look like? What is my intuition telling me? Am I able to take that step?
What are some daily practices I can do to cultivate my relationship with my intuition? How will I make space for these practices in my life? (For instance, daily affirmations, working with a pendulum, meditation, etc.)Remember there are no right or wrong answers. Your journal is just for you to see., so you may answer in any way that you like, however you like. You may choose to not journal at all if you aren’t ready for this step yet.
You can answer the questions daily if you like or you can think about them during the week and journal about them on Sunday after you have completed your meditation. You can find more third eye prompts HERE.
Since these prompts are for the next two weeks, you can work on the ones you feel called to on whichever week you want to work on them.
Om ma sharanam (I seek refuge in the great mother)
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti ( Om peace, peace, peace)
Today and tomorrow we have extended alternate nostril breathing to three (3) minutes and our Om chant to three (3) minutes.
