In today's episode, we will be adding our weekly journal prompts
Before Sunday, find yourself a journal you will enjoy working in. Grab your favorite pen and beverage.
I usually enjoy a nice cup of tea while I work on my journal. You can sketch, doodle or write in your journal.
How do you feel about setting up time to spend with yourself?
How do you feel after four (4) months of meditation? Do you notice anything different about yourself?
There are no wrong or right answers. Your journal is just for you to see, so you may answer in any way you like, however you like. You may even choose to not journal at all if you aren't ready for this step yet.
You can answer these questions daily if you like or you can think about them during the week and journal about them after you have completed your 7th day of meditation.
In this week's episodes, we will be working with blending the throat, third eye, and crown chakras.
In today's episode, we will review our journal prompts.
We are almost completed with our chakras, this is the final one.
We will spend the next few weeks working on them together, concluding with working on all chakras at the same time.
In today's episode, we will be changing our chant to Ah, we will use this chant through the end of the week.
In today's episode, our journal prompts will be,
How would you behave if you were a god or a goddess?
How would you treat yourself? How would you treat others?
