In today's episode, we will be adding some tapping work, we will also be extending our breathing to 4 minutes and our chanting to 4 minutes, by the end of next week we will be at 5 mins for each.

With one forefinger at the spot between your eyebrows and the other at the base of your skull where it connects to your neck, we will tap eight times, slowly. Trying to keep the taps evenly spaced.
We will begin with our protection chant
Om ma sharanam" (I seek refuge in the great mother)
