Today we are going to break down the steps for how to get started in SMMA so you can create your own agency.
We are with Logan Forsyth who has a marketing agency of his own, Lead Multipliers, and he talks about the importance of niching down on your service.
So for example, Logan positioned his agency as a lead generation service for general contractors to get 30 exclusive kitchen, bath renovation, and remodel referrals each month. If that isn't a narrow focus then I don't know what it.
It might be hard to focus on one thing at least in the very beginning as you may fear of losing out on potential business, but in Logan's experience, it is totally worth it as you'll hear later.

Nowadays it is possible to work from anywhere in the world. Like how cool would it be to travel or live in a beautiful country like Mexico and make money remotely by profiting off your eCommerce stores?
This is an actual thing as we have Jessica AKA JessiDrop to talk about how she was able to do this.
Jessica gives us insights on why creating a niche store might be the best move, how to find winning products in the marketplace to dropship, and the importance of finding solutions to ship your products between 5-11 days and not the 30+ days as before.

Let's learn how to make money off eBay and Amazon dropshipping with Cristian Trujillo.
Cristian gives us the strategy that led him to have time and financial freedom.
One of the ways he makes money is through eBay dropshipping where he will list items on eBay through products on Home Depot. Cristian used a clever strategy to make more money in the backend by buying the home depot products with cashback websites.
With the cashback websites he was able to save money on his initial purchases of the products and in addition he saved more money through these purchases with credit cards. In essence, he was making the actual profit in the backend instead of the front end in selling the product on eBay.
