Hello Procrasti-Nation!
This week’s episode focuses on the phenomenon that is reality television! I have become slightly obsessed with Married At First Sight Australia, so as an excuse to speak about it (no spoilers, don’t worry), I did some research on the psychology behind reality television shows. From the classics, like Big Brother to some really weird ones, I chat about it all and it's really funny. I also solve a reality show mystery by the end of the episode so listen out for that revelation!

Hello Procrasti-Nation!
This week’s episode focuses on Lockdown life! I’ve made a silly episode for you all about hobbies we’ve started during this weird time.
Did you become a bookworm? Start running? Add to the saturated market by creating a podcast? I know I did all of those things so let’s have a laugh about it!
This episode also includes tips on how to make the best cheese toastie and the eternal question: How do YOU pronounce Macramé?! I also compare my lockdown hobbies with David Beckham, rant about tabloids and delivery drivers and share the trouble with impulse buying.
Thanks for sending me all your lockdown hobbies too- check my social media channels for more listener polls!

Hello Procrasti-Nation!
This week’s episode is all about technology. From the trusty Nokia 3210 to the potential for everlasting life, it’s all here! Were we better off playing with pogs and pokemon cards and arguing with dial up connections or is unlimited access to information the way forward? Are we paying a higher price by sharing all our personal information? Why do billionaires care so much about the moon?
This is without doubt the silliest podcast so far, with shout outs to old playstation games, technological predictions, evil vacuum cleaners and a final thought for humanity in the future. Enjoy! :)

Hello Procrasti-Nation!
This week’s episode finds Robin tackling his bad memory. Why do we forget things? Do you want to boost your memory or should certain memories remain short term? Can we teach ourselves to remember more? Also what is a hippocampus shaped like?!
There are some cautionary tales about too much coffee and the dangers of door to door sales as well an impression of an actual brain! Enjoy!

Hello Procrasti-Nation!
Hope you enjoyed the previous episode! Robin continues to get to the root of superstitions right here on Episode 13 (the irony!)
In this one he chats about opening umbrellas indoors, breaking mirrors and blessing sneezes. If you love or loathe cats walking past you, you'll find out why that is, as well as the power of the number 13!
Also, Robin has a wee meltdown 11 minutes in, so listen out for that!
As always, please Listen, Like, Share and Review. Thanks! :)
Hello Procrasti-Nation!
Robin has been very busy learning all about superstitions and has a bumper TWO PART saga of silliness all about it!
Do you throw salt over your shoulder if you spill it? Do you knock on wood to hope for the best? Robin digs deep into these superstitions in this episode, as well as chatting about celebrating anniversaries lockdown-style. There are also this week's recommendations for books to read, TV shows to enjoy and other cool podcasts for you.
After you listen, check out Part 2 for even more daftness and be sure to Review, Subscribe and Share. Thanks!
Hello Procrasti-Nation! The podcast is back! It’s a new year with a new structure; the original concept for the show was about Robin fighting his laziness and learning new things so with that in mind, each episode now has a theme. This one is all about nostalgia.
What started as a simple childhood recipe request led Robin to examine his own experiences with nostalgia, why we look back on certain things and ultimately if nostalgia is helpful or if it traps us in the past. He finds out some really interesting scientific facts all while sharing silly stories about skateboarding, acting auditions and loads more.
So whether you collect pogs, love lego or have trouble staying in the present, this is the show for you.
As always, please Listen, Review, Subscribe and Share :)

The podcast is back with episode 10! Robin talks about being back at work, posh parks and personal trainers. There is also a monumental rant about seagulls and a snake called Roy. Let's face it, the world is pretty weird right now, so Robin has done his utmost to bring you loads of nonsense to make you laugh in uncertain times.
