A review of episode 1 and a personal commentary on the challenges of eating disorder recovery and how important feeling my emotions was in my own recovery.

Sarah is a young woman from New York who is in eating disorder recovery. She missed two years of school due to being in inpatient treatment for her eating disorder and began her first semester of community college on September 1, 2020. Sarah is studying Psychology in hopes of becoming an eating disorder therapist and one day even opening her own eating disorder treatment center.

There is an old story that says each of us has two wolves battling inside of us. One is the fear wolf and the other is the courage wolf. From my perspective, the two wolves are the eating disorder wolf and the recovery wolf. And, the one that wins is the one you feed.
