It's day two of the hearing session into residential state care, which is part of the Royal Commission into abuse in care. A man taken into care at the age of 13 has told the inquiry threats of violence started as soon as he set foot into a boys' home. RNZ reporter Andrew McRae speaks to Emma Hatton.
