Routines are so important for kids and parents. Today I am walking you through the nitty-gritty of our nighttime routine.
I'm talking about winding down post dinner, bath time, dark rooms, relaxation and A LOT about lighting.

How to Change iPhone to Red Light Mode:
Go to Settings- Accessibility- Display and Text Size- color Filters- Color TInt- Move the sliders for Intensity and Hue all the way to the right. Then go to Accessibility Shortcuts at the bottom and select Color Filters- then when you press the home button 3 times your phone will go in and out of red light mode.
