Jordan Chariton speaks with Melissa Mays, a Flint resident and activist who has helped keep the Flint water crisis in the spotlight along with helping to win $98 million from the state of Michigan for lead service line replacement. Melissa was one of three who was sued for $3 million by Virginia Tech civil engineer Dr. Marc Edwards—who was originally credited with sounding the alarm on the lead problem in Flint before falling out of favor with many Flint residents. That lawsuit was just dismissed.
