Looking back and taking stock is important for learning from your past.  Visualizing a crystal clear goal in the future keeps you on track.  But staying in the moment trumps everything when it comes to acting, parenting, sports, business or any other activities.  The virtues of a nostalgic walk through New York City and the upcoming time table of a Summer 2020 book release are weighed against the power of staying in the moment in this solo riff.
