Episode Description
After stepping away, I’m finally back—and I’m not the same woman who recorded the last episode.
Life has stretched me in ways I never expected. Motherhood, healing, marriage, rebuilding myself, and learning to sit with uncomfortable truths have changed me from the inside out. Sometimes growth doesn’t happen in the loud, exciting moments. Sometimes it happens in the silence, in the heartbreak, and in the days when no one else sees the work you’re doing.
In this episode, I’m opening up about where I’ve been, what I’ve been learning, and why this next season of Staying in My Lane is going to be different.
We’re going deeper than surface-level self-help. We’ll talk about healing the nervous system, breaking generational cycles, parenting while healing yourself, marriage, boundaries, identity, faith, and what it really looks like to choose growth—even when it’s lonely.
I’ll also be sharing a glimpse into the healing workbooks I’ve been creating. They’re filled with the exercises, journal prompts, and tools that have helped me work through my own healing journey, and I can’t wait to share them with you as they’re released.
If you’ve ever felt like you’ve lost yourself while trying to be everything for everyone else, this episode is for you.
Welcome back to Staying in My Lane.
Let’s grow together.
