Working from home has tons of benefits, but there are also some major downsides.  Maybe you have never worked from home before and are trying to figure it out?   Or, maybe you are used to working at home but your environment has changed and you now have lots of new distractions in the office (like kids, a partner, family, extra pets) and you are trying to stay productive, and sane?!  While I don’t know it all, I have worked from home for 10+ years which means I know a thing or two about being productive without any daily supervision and lots of distractions.

 

I have worked from home both as a Full-Time employee in Corporate America working remote for a hotel company and now for myself now as an entrepreneur.  In both scenarios I’ve had years where I’ve crushed it (started a business, 5x’d my income, wrote a book, launched new products, and hired a team member) then, there were years that just felt “off”.   I’ve studied the habits that work and the ones that don’t.  In this episode, I'm breaking it all down and sharing my most productive discoveries with you.
