ver keep a dream on the back burner for months (or years)? In this finale, I (Bethany Joy) let Coach Albert Pellissier coach me live on my own stuck project—my book. We dig into why “not enough time” isn’t the true block, what Knot Therapy is, and how a simple burner buddy practice can melt resistance in 7–14 days.
You’ll learn how to name the real fears (the ones that only show up once the project succeeds), shrink them with a 10-minute daily ritual, and take compassionate micro-steps—without becoming a “super version” of yourself.

Your “good reasons” aren’t the real reasons. The blocker is usually a protective inner part guarding you from future pain.
Name the post-success fears. “Now that it’s done, what bothers me?” puts the actual knots on paper.
Do 10 minutes a day for 7–14 days. Read your list aloud to a burner buddy; they only say “Thank you for sharing.”
Let the bar drop. You don’t need to become “more disciplined”; the obstacle shrinks as it’s spoken.
Take micro-steps. One small decision (tool, time block, first paragraph) is how momentum is born.
Do it in community. This work bonds people fast—and keeps you from quitting.
