Happy New Year!!!
2018 was a big year of changes for me. From full-time employee to entrepreneur meant I was doing a lot of discovery.
For the last few weeks I've been laser focused on creating a life of intention. I am the co-creator of my world, and I'm going to be intentional when it comes to what that looks like.
In this episode I'm sharing how I'm handling setting intentions for 2019 and I challenge you to do the same for the next 30 days. I know big shifts are happening, and if you are laser focused on your beliefs than they will come to life!

It's said over and over again in the personal development space that a morning routine will set you up for success for the rest of the day.
Well it's said over and over again because it's true!
My personal morning routine has changed over the years, and really shifted in the last three weeks. It's taken me months to find a morning routine that works for me. Finally I feel settled into and can wake up knowing exactly what I'm going to do. I'm almost on auto pilot for the routine and that feels great! Why would I want to over think at 5:30am?!
During this episode I share my journey and how it's changed over time.
I also dive into how I'm currently working to get my kids out the door without screaming at anyone or throwing shoes at them! It started with me, and once I shifted my routine they came right along with me.
Check it out and let me know what you thought!

Did you know our brains stop developing at the age of 35 but we can change that?
We talk about how keeping a sense of wonder, constantly asking questions and getting uncomfortable can allow us to be who we want to be and live the life we were meant to live.
Ellie also explains that you don't have to get to a place of extreme suffering in order to shift or connect to your being, you can start shifting today.

Are you ready to take a step forward?
Do you sit and daydream about the life you could have?
Do you wonder how all those other people have what you want, but still here you sit frustrated and stuck?
Well, guess what you can have whatever it is you desire but it will require you to face your fears. You will have missteps along the way, and you must be consistent. Without these three ingredients you will continue to stay stuck and frustrated.
During this episode I share with you how I am facing my fears, taking action, accepting failures and continuing to move forward. This is the life I dreamed I'd have and I know it couldn't have gotten here without me doing the work.

After seeing a lack of female representation in the world of trail running, Gina Lucrezi decided to give a voice to women on the trails. She founded Trail Sisters originally as an online journal, an outlet to share the female perspective. In 2 years that online journal grew to 400 articles with 100 contributing writers - all of whom are female! She saw a need, and took the action, which inspires me so much!!!
The Trail Sisters platform quickly evolved from digital mediums only, to a growing community championed by women who are ambassadors to the outdoors, and for women’s opportunity in sport. These Trail Sisters are found across the USA and abroad, in the suburbs and in the cities.
Check out more at trailsisters.net or contact Gina directly at [email protected].
