This is Stone Cold from 1991, an action film from legendary stunt coordinator Craig R Baxley starring Brian Bosworth and executive produced by Michael Douglas. Although you might not know this fact as he took his name off it and fired his producing partner when he saw the resulting film. We think, however, that this is a movie that should be better known because it is, by any measure, a stone-cold action classic.
