We get to know Eve, we put our foot in our mouth & we goof off for an hour plus. Eve is a trooper, good sport & def more prepared/skilled than we ever were for the pod.

After we get to know our new produccer, we sit down with Bryant Palmer, Founder of Oh Hey Creative & board member of Eat Denver. He joins us on the day the Big Eat announces their return to Denver, providing a top3 food festival for independent restaurants in Colorado. In addition to talking Big Eat, we chat it up about the other projects OHC has been working on, including the expansion to other communities along the Front Range.

You'll be seeing us not only at The Big Eat but also down in Pueblo real real soon. Too many cool things opening & restaurants to eat... to just stick around the Denver metro. Lets get back to work!!!

On today's episode, the dust has settled from March Madness and we had to speak with the Champion of it all, Penelope Wong of Yuan Wonton. There was no doubt they were a heavy favorite to make the Final Four, but the run didn't stop (and won't stop in 2023) there, Penelope & Ngockers jumped right back on the truck and have been slinging dank eats every week since.

We chat with Penelope about growing up in Colorado, traveling abroad & falling in love with food, Colorado's cuisine & obviously all the dumplings.. while she doesn't give us any recipes, she does give us insight as to when they will open their Brick n Mortar as well as how the rest of the spring/summer/year is gonna shake out!
