We talk about her upbringing, from coming to America with only $300 and the shoes on her feet.. to the fire foods and inspiration she gets for her "pockets of love and dankness".

Lorena recently opened up her 4th & 5th locations in Denver, one off Platte St and one in Broadway Marketplace. Lorena was recently named one of the top bakers in the country, and we were ecstatic to sit down with her and learn the history of her restaurants.
