Boundaries have become a buzzword, but why are they so crucial for our well-being?
A boundary is a tool to protect what you care about most. They're not all about saying "no", but also about saying "yes" to what matters most to you in life and at work.
In this episode, we explore how boundaries go beyond being just limits—they’re essential acts of self-care that allow us to manage our time, energy, and relationships effectively. We’ll discuss why setting boundaries can feel challenging, especially if we grew up in environments where they weren’t encouraged, and how lacking them can lead to burnout, lack of confidence and resentment.
