MSP's often opt for NO marketing or outsourced marketing. We tried the outsourced approached and so has every MSP in our peer group. Big shocker - it doesn't work. I can't even blame the marketing agency either. They are given almost no direction and expected to deliver leads. So, they go with what they're good at: Consistently posting generic social media content, cold email blasting, and haphazardly offering other services like Public Relations and attempts at telemarketing or PPC.
