Today we are launching the Stress Less Habits Challenge, so I want to share with you how we actually make habits stick. According to James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits, there are four key principles you need in place, otherwise making or breaking habits will be unbelievably difficult.
It's not too late to join the challenge, you can join at any time, at http://stresslesshabits.com

Kelsey is an insanely talented artist and goldsmith, makes the most beautiful jewelry, is strategic beyond compare and travels the world to hone her craft. We talk about what it was like growing up in small town BC, what apprenticeship looks like in the world of jewelry, balancing her artistic work and the nonprofit sector, and what she learned from her time in Italy working with world renowned goldsmiths.

Cassandra Arnold has lived a truly fascinating life. At 34 years old with a young son, she decided she was going to go into medicine. The end goal? To become a doctor with Doctors Without Borders. After many years of working in emerg, working across Africa, retiring and moving to Canada, Cassandra has captured her experiences in books and in her artwork.
We talk about taking on a challenge like medicine as a single parent, the resilience required to work in hard hit countries, how doctors have been expecting a pandemic for quite some time and how we need to be more creative in our problem solving (in all areas of life).

I've definitely been in emotional limbo of late and hate to dig deep into the strategies that help propel me into action, so I hope these four strategies help you as well.
