Stop the Gridlock in Congress

Tonight's show... Is President Obama the anti Christ? Here is another attempt to destroy the Presidency and the President. Another attempt is calling this government a government of tyranny by the NRA and right wing media.  As a result there has been a personal assault on the President with an AKA type assault weapon.  Someone shot several bullets that actually hit the White House with an AKA type assualt weapon.  Why? They thought Prez Obama was the anti-Christ. You must listen tonight.

There are other leakers of US intelligence that Chancellor Merkel and German newspapers are not disclosing. It has been said that President Bush had Churches and the NAACP investigated by the IRS.  During the Iran Contra hearings President Reagan said, "I don't remember" or "I don't recall" 88 times in eight hours of testimony over two days.

Executive Orders are issued by the President and are legally binding directives that equates laws passed by Congress. Republicans have called President Obama a dictator for using his Executive power to create and change laws, a Constitutional authority given to Congress.  There exist today over 13,000 Executive Orders used by all 44 Presidents.  President Harry Truman integrated the Armed forces, President Eisenhower desegregated schools, Presidents Kennedy and Johnson excluded racial discrimination in Federal housing, hiring and contracting and President Reagan used Executive Orders to bar the use of Federal funds for advocating abortions according to ThisNation.com.

Executive orders for regulating gas emissions did not start with President Obama. The Supreme Court gave the EPA legal authority to regulate green house gas and other emissions under the Clean Air Act. As a result President Bush took action ahead of Congress by using Executive Orders to regulate gas emissions in cars and trucks.

In the State of the Union address, Pres Bush, announced his "Twenty in Ten" goal to cut U.S. gasoline consumption by 20% over the next ten years. (2007-2017).  Likewise with Pres Obama, Congress did not like the proposals in the SOTU address Pres Bush gave at that time. Pres Bush issued an executive order to get things moving. The difference between these two Presidents.....no name calling!

In 2009, an estimated 1.5 million Americans filed for bankruptcy. The overwhelming majority of those filing bankruptcy were middle income, highly educated, owned a home, married, with children, around 44 years old and insured.  At the same time 1.1 million new millionaires were preparing to leave the middle class.  Many of those left in the middle class suffered as their income and wealth decreased. The middle class exploded with close to 3 million departing from it's ranks.  What was so great about life (health care) before Obamacare that republicans and the far right media would want us to return to the way we were?   We needed health care reform in this country.

We have a moral dilemma in this country coming from both major political parties.  How can Christian Republicans despise the poor and Christian Democrats hail the LGBT community?  Especially since the Biblical narrative runs contrary to both platforms. Perhaps we need to start fresh and develop a new political party that would be the Christian alternative. A house divided against itself cannot  and or will not stand.

On the Democrat side:

How can President Obama and other Democrats say they are Christians, followers of the teachings of Jesus Christ, and advocate for the act of homosexuality and lesbianism? Then turn and point fingers at republicans for being insensitive to the poor and needy.

On the Republican side:

Why did Billy Graham scrubb the Mormon religion off his web site as a cult religion, so that he could endorse Mitt Romney for President?  Why did Cardinal Dolan take the lead in criticizing Obamacare for forcing the Church to pay for abortions and contraceptives, when he was paying insurance for these services up to ten years before Obamacare?

Walmart has been a member of ALEC for 19 years, according to theblaze.com article on May 31, 2012 by Becket Adams.  Also, according to vltp.net Walmart also uses prison labor as part of it's supplier chain.  This after receiving 7.8 billion dollars of tax payer subsidies last year according to Americans for Tax Fairness.  We need to change the rhetoric in DC and stop demoralizing the needy.
