Today's episode is all about expectations for others. So many people who run non profits get caught up in trying to convince their employees or supporters to be as passionate for their cause as they are and it always ends up in massive disappointment. You need to work towards a place where you put our your message, and whoever supports it will join along. Stop wasting time trying to convince people who can't be convinced.
