Continuing on from Episode 024 where we talked about cell phone liberation I wanted to share more! I believe many people are being slowly and intentionally swept away from societal norms, including how they educate their children, how they eat, how they love and how they create… both within their hobbies, free time and business adventures. We are being guided back home at an accelerated rate. It’s intense but if we can talk about it honestly it helps us all. Let’s keep the conversation going. xx

I wanted to bring light to a topic I think most people are struggling with but it feels hard to talk about. I've learned that if we simply "put things on the shelf" the pattern or issue can actually grip tighter. Whereas if we look at it with the intention of love, we are able to see what we need to see. I have been exploring my relationship to tech recently. Some of it is pretty and some of it is not pretty. From there I have observed and researched a few new solutions and I wanted to share with you! Share with friends and enjoy xx.

The mirror is available, let's look! Kindness starts with ourselves and we must take it on with more depth if we ever expect another soul, let alone the planet, to evolve into deeper kindness.
