My friend Jennifer Bitner spent 10 years as a General Manager in the fitness industry quickly climbing the corporate ladder exceeding sales records and gaining many accolades for her success. It was during this time she was also riddled with a severe anxiety and panic disorder. Her imbalanced state of mental health is what triggered her to make a change. She left her executive position and started her own business with freedom and flexibility as the goal. Think and Grow Rich was one of the first books my very first business coach had me read and I remember it well.
