She values a connection first and foremost with God + her intuition and she credits her success on listening to the subtle cues she has received. Megan hasn’t built her business the traditional way and we talk about this. In fact, she almost quit because she was turned off with some traditional teachings. Going inward and trusting her journey was her secret success sauce.
    Megan has reached a very high level of success within her company and she’s done so with grace and integrity. She is a quiet leader and yet very impactful. Sometimes we see people in this industry who are considered influencers online and we can therefore think that’s what is required for success. But success is an inside job and our freedom comes from within.

    In this episode I give my forecast reading for 2020.
    We are conditioned to want to avoid the thunderstorms and the rain but there can be beauty and grace within the chaos.
    Over the last 5 years, what worked is what worked.
    But we don’t know what we don’t know and I believe the collective plan for healing is heating up and moving quickly.
    We are quite literally rumbling as a collective.
    I touch on where we truly need growth. There is an underdeveloped side to the personal development/wellness/spiritual/leadership space and if we don’t clean this up, we’ll start to self sabotage our collective evolution.
    There is also a call on our hearts and it’s not what we have traditionally been taught.

    In this episode I bring it back to one of my core teachings which is that it is safe for us to nurture not just others and our children/families as women but our wealth portfolio.
    So many women get to the end of their lives and they have spent all their time nurturing others but they have nothing to show for it.
    We must break through the cultural conditioning that says we can’t do both.
    Dismantling old roles and ways of being is vital to our growth and expansion as women.
    I also touch on how our voices and our true power has been oppressed for many years. One of the things we do when we are under this oppression is we put on the mask of perfection.
    This is a big theme for me moving into 2020 and I’m ready to lead a movement of women who are ready to reclaim their power through resilience, courage and well…. Speaking up.
