  • 26. Navigating Hormonal Health: What Every Woman Should Know

Isn't it amazing that we have so much access to women's health info on the internet these days? At the same time, it can bring a lot of shame and confusion trying to piece together every bit of info we find online.

That's why I brought on Dr. Ashley Landbloom for an insightful conversation—with compassion at the root of our discussion.

If you're a women's health educator, this episode is a must-listen. It’s not just market research—it’s a masterclass in how thoughtful, empathetic messaging builds trust and influence. Just like in brand strategy, the way we communicate complex topics shapes the way people feel, engage, and take action.

    In this episode, we’re chatting:

    • The power of informed consent and making empowered health decisions
    • How to navigate the overwhelming amount of women's health info online
    • The impact of messaging in healthcare and why compassionate communication matters
    • Birth control, fertility, and the nuances of hormone health

Whether you’re here for personal insights or to refine how you communicate in your business, this episode has something for you. Tune in and let’s navigate women’s health—together.

  • 25. Your Brand Story: The Present Moment of the Past

People always say, “just be yourself,” but what does that really mean—especially when it comes to building a brand? If you’ve ever wondered “how do I just be myself?” you’re not alone. In this episode of Storytellers Grove, I’m sharing my journey of tuning out the noise, reconnecting with my inner compass, and embracing my unique point of view—rather than following what everyone else says I should do.

Branding isn’t just about strategy—it’s about self-discovery. The most magnetic brands aren’t created; they’re uncovered. And often, the key to finding your brand’s true voice lies in the stories you’ve been carrying with you all along.

    In this episode, we’re exploring:
    • Why childhood memories hold the key to understanding your personal brand.
    • The impact of emotional suppression on success and fulfillment.
    • How Maria Ressa’s journey of self-discovery resonates with brand storytelling.
    • The role of masculine and feminine energies in decision-making and creativity.
    • How inner child healing can help rewire past experiences and unlock new possibilities.
    • Why aligning with your true self attracts the right audience and opportunities.

If you’ve ever felt lost in the sea of “shoulds” and industry trends, this episode is your reminder that the most powerful brand you can build is one rooted in who you truly are.

  • 21. Gaslighting, Cults and Clickbait: How to Navigate the Headlines

I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty freaked out by the growing "manarchy," and I think it’s time we use our voices to embody the change we want to see in the world. One of the most insidious things cult leaders do is make you believe that you need them to achieve your goals or that you’re powerless to make a difference. But that couldn’t be further from the truth.

If you take anything away from my brand, I hope it’s this: You are more powerful than you think, and the answers you seek externally can be found within.

At this critical time in history, we need leadership that puts humanity above all else. Let’s build a culture that treats every living being with the dignity and respect they deserve—including Mama Earth. Coming together in community, like we saw after the fires in LA, is what will sustain us. But we also need more action on a governmental level.

It’s deeply unfortunate that Trump pulled us out of the Paris Climate Agreement—talk about selfishness. While the outlook may feel bleak, I’m choosing to hope for the best.

    In this episode we're chatting:

    • The disturbing parallels between the Jerry Springer show and today’s media landscape
    • How billionaires like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg manipulate public perception
    • Recognizing cult-like tactics in politics and the media
    • What the Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively controversy reveals about PR and public narratives
    • The difference between valid and sound arguments and why it matters now more than ever
    • Why critical thinking is essential in the age of misinformation
