Straight Down the Middle'ish

We’re delighted to be joined on the couch this week by an international golf star, a broadcaster, and one of the nicest guys to be around—Graham DeLaet.

Back injuries forced Graham into an early retirement, and though he may have silently walked away from pro golf, he’s still a huge part of the game. After retiring, Graham jumped into the booth to help off the course with TSN and PGA Live. But more importantly, he’s got more time now to spend skiing and doing dad stuff with the kids in Boise... he's also got one of the best mustaches on the planet!

So, we take time to talk about all things golf and the stories that come with it. Graham opens up with us about his much-improved health, some takeaways at the In this episode we chat about the recently concluded Masters, changes with the golf ball, and taking phone calls on the course.

Cheers!

We're back this week with our very first chat with someone from the golf media. He's not only a journalist, he's  an INXS aficionado, and the pride of St Andrews, Australia, Mr. Evin Priest!

Evin currently covers the Aussie beat on both the PGA Tour and LIV Golf,  which allows him to bring a fresh perspective on the current state of both tours. With so much division in the professional game, Evin felt it is was crucial to cover both tours, and offer a fair take by reporting on the future of  professional golf with rival tours.

In this episode, we cover a variety of hot topics, and Evin shares a few of his stories from the road. Including nuggets like his Open Championship celebration last summer at St Andrews, where he got to drink from the Claret Jug and blast INXS with Cam Smith!

He's the first guy we've met that's taken an Uber down Magnolia Lane, and we really enjoyed getting to know Evin Priest. We hope y'all enjoy!

Welcome to Tempo Town, all caddies welcome!

We’re joined this week by the mayor himself, Chris Kirk, to chat about his recent win at The Honda Classic, his rotation of caddies, bullpen sessions, and how to pause at the top of your backswing.

After an 8 year draught, Kirk is back in the winner’s circle, and talks about how instrumental his caddie was to that win. Hint, it wasn’t Pricey.

Some might call it a sliding door moment, but Aron Price can fully claim Kirkie’s win after leading him to an MC at the Waste Management Open, and a WD at Riviera.

Having played many rounds together over the years, Matty and Pricey bring up some great stories from the past, and chat about  Kirk’s time at UGA.

He’s got bros in different area codes. Please welcome, Chris Kirk!

We sat down with Tom Hoge before the start of The Players to reflect on money games in practice rounds, his breakthrough win at Pebble Beach, and the future of the PGA Tour.

While we couldn’t have predicted Hoge would go on to break the course record at The Stadium Course with a 62 on Saturday, we’d like to take credit for putting him in the right frame of mind for the week!

With a sparkling weekend at Sawgrass, Hoge rose to #24 in the Official World Golf Rankings, and #1 in our hearts.
