As most of you already know, I love the woods and in many ways I think that love is due to the respect that I have for the forest and all of the unknown elements that are encompassed within. We like to think that we know what lies behind every tree or in every cave, but the amount of strange phenomena that are experienced within the woods seem to be evidence to the contrary.

And because we all love a good eye witness encounter, I’ve decided to share a handful of stories with you that I’ve come across that have to do with odd experiences in the wilderness.
