Jeff Sherman was joined on the phone by Ben & Brittany Essig, the newest owners of Knight’s Gourmet Popcorn & Candies on Milwaukee’s south side as well as Rescued Roasters. Jeff asked them how they got their start with coffee and acquiring their popcorn business. He also asked them about the uniqueness of their popcorn.

Jeff then asked Ben and Brittany about how their business had been affected by the road construction in front of their store on Forest Home Avenue and the future of expansion of their business.
