They discuss how to use a linear progression model to move from a beginner lifter to a novice lifter, how strength will help every individual in their day to day life and how strength training is for everyone, not just the tactical community.

His breadth of experience across a variety of athletic pursuits and competitive strength sports makes him a good fit for those both new to the barbell or those with experience looking to explore where it can take them.
