Our lives have changed drastically since the time the entire world has been affected by pandemics. Not just economically but a huge loss we all are encountering as we see everyone around getting affected and jobs being lost along with lives. As if the first wave wasn't enough, the second, much deadlier wave is now affecting us. And we seem helpless daily as we watch these news channels, the newspapers and the ambulances running around signalling that we are living in threat. The stress we are actually waking up with and living with, which has invariably affected our relations, decision making, performance at the work front, our health and basically everything around us. Stress management we all were so good at doing before pandemic to get rid of a headache with a massage or tensed body with some bodywork. But alas, that's not happening now. Then what? Are we doomed to die like this, daily waiting for our death? Is there a way of coping with this dark monstrous stress? Indeed YES. Coping with stress as our ancestors did, as so can we. We are supposed to be the most intelligent species on earth, right. Coping with it by developing skills is the only way forward. Listen to this full podcast as I reveal the age-old simple skills mentioned in Astanga Yoga. Hope you enjoy and try to develop those skills too.
