Not gonna lie, this is the first Mega Man where the formula starts to wear thin. None of the music really grabbed me. This week's game review is a special one for me. While I didn't think much of the game in my first run, FFIX ended up being one of the best games in the franchise in retrospect. It takes a keen eye to see how dark and somber the game truly is in spite of some loveable goofiness at times. This week's anime review talks about a detective show with a bend into the supernatural. Kotoko Iwanaga is the "Goddess of Wisdom" who settles disputes between yokai and the human world. This week's game review is of a JRPG I just finished on my main channel. QoL and new visuals breathe new life into an old classic. The main issue is the QoL didn't go far enough. There's also a late game boss mechanic that really kills the momentum.
