Oftentimes, the reason we feel stuck in improving our relationship with food and our body isn't because we're not making progress. It's because we're looking for progress in the wrong place.
Many of us have been conditioned to believe that progress means seeing fast results, feeling motivated all the time, always knowing exactly what to do, and staying perfectly on track with our eating and training.
But I'd like to invite you to look for a different kind of progress.
Because, in my experience, the progress that truly leads to a healthier relationship with food and your body is often much quieter. It's found in the small mindset shifts, the moments of self-compassion, and the little changes that don't always feel dramatic but lead to those moments when you stop and think, "Wow, I handled that so well."
In this video, I'm sharing what that kind of progress looks like and how learning to recognize it can completely change the way you see your journey.
