Struggling with rejection from a young age, Sasha grew up a victim of bullying for most of her childhood. She was desperate to be accepted. Sasha developed OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), eventually attempted suicide, almost died and was declared she would have brain damage the rest of her life. But God declared a better word over her life. God’s powerful hand saved her from death and healed her. After accepting Jesus as her savior, Sasha began a journey to learn that her value was not based on how people saw her, and that her worth was not a reflection of how others treated her. Sasha wore her heart on her sleeve and reached out for help but many people in the church did not understand mental health or realize that transformation can be a slow process. Often when we avoid, it’s because of fear. Adele was born in a Satanic cult and was a victim of Satanic Ritual Abuse until the age of 19. She gave her life to Christ after a failed kidnapping and murder attempt. She has now been in ministry for 27 years. Adele admits people have a hard time believing her testimony and they often turn a blind eye. Along with the abuse in the cult, she also experienced emotional, sexual and physical abuse. We hear the word deliverance thrown around and we either are very aware of it or we haven’t heard much. Or we’ve heard the doctrine that Christians can’t be demonized so we can just ignore any talk about deliverance. What is deliverance and do you actually need it? In this episode, I will give some basic deliverance 101 teachings, tips and prayers. When you turn a light on in a dark room, there is no more darkness. There is NO room for darkness in the light. We need to understand deliverance and the power of demons so we aren’t in the dark with how the enemy tries to twist things. It’s not weird. Deliverance is getting rid of lies we believe and believing the truth of how loved we are. It’s the refining process of becoming more like Jesus and less like our flesh and the world. More important that focusing on demons is spending time with our Maker, Jesus Christ. If we are in the dark about the enemy, we will stay in the darkness. Be encouraged as your authority over the darkness grows from this episode.
