  • #82 - Geschäftsführer verliert 10 Kilos in 3 Monaten (Interview Massimo Rizzo)

-𝟭𝟬 𝗸𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗶 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻! 𝗨𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘁𝘇 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗸𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹!

Es folgt ein Interview mit Massimo Rizzo, dem Geschäftsführer von NATURA STEIN AG.

    Offen. Ehrlich.

  • #78 - Marcus Filly: The Former Pro CrossFitter Who Invented Functional Bodybuilding

Today, I'm having a special guest on the show: the one and only Marcus Filly.

For those who don't know, Marcus is a former professional

CrossFitter who competed in 6 CrossFit Games. After his CrossFit career, he went ahead and created his own movement called Functional Bodybuilding. In case
you're wondering what Functional Bodybuilding is, and how it differs from traditional bodybuilding or CrossFit, this is something we'll discuss in this episode.

But Marcus is not just a great athlete and a well-renowned

coach; he's also a dad and a devoted husband.

    How do I know?

Well, when I asked him about his biggest achievements in life, there was no mention of CrossFit or his fitness empire. Instead, he talked about his wife. It was definitely not what I expected to discuss, but Marcus

ended up sharing deep thoughts about relationships and life.

Don't believe me? Tune in to hear it yourself!

Definitely not an easy decision, and to be honest, I already miss it:

The food 🍜, the tropical climate ☀️, the beach 🏖, the warmth 🌡, the friendliness of the people 😊...

The lifestyle in Thailand was incredibly appealing to me...

BUT as a family man, it's not just about me.

There are a few other factors to consider, not just one's own well-being.

Now, in this (somewhat emotional) episode, I share the reasons for the move and where we're heading to next 🌏.
