In this vibrational-toolbelt of an episode, Allie and Laura discuss how to take those low-vibe moments or phases and reframe them. They talk about their favorite activities for bringing back your high-vibration in a sometimes low-vibe world (from reading and crafts to jamming to EDM and group activities to spending time in nature). They fangirl freak-out about getting to go see Kesha in concert soon, of course, then dive into how your behavioral style and intro/extrovert personality influences activities that will help your vibe soar. They also share some tips for digesting the news on a day-to-day basis!
-Quiet: Book about how introverts change the world (The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking)
-Free Myers Briggs Test on 16Personalities
-From books to meditation to upcoming shows: Gabby Bernstein!

In this episode, Allie and Laura deep dive into one of their favorite holidays of the year: Halloween. They discuss some controversial feelings about #psl season, list their favorite costumes from their past, reveal plans for their present costumes, and deliver wishes to the Ghost of Halloween Future.
The girls explain why they find scary movies problematic, but how they still find it appropriate to decorate their houses with spooky paraphernalia.
The conversation turns serious when Allie and Laura discuss the cultural implications of a holiday like Halloween, and the disassociation that needs to happen in order to avoid cognitive dissonance. As we become more spiritually #woke, there’s a need to evaluate the decorations we put up in our houses and the imagery we allow minds to consume. Though there is no judgment towards anyone, the girls grapple with these changes in their own mindsets.
Do we believe in ghosts? Do we believe in aliens? Tune into the pod to find out answers to these questions and more.
During this episode, Allie mentioned the podcast Raw Talk with Sheena. Absolutely worth your time. Go check out this high vibrational, informative show here.

In this snack-sized episode, Laura and Allie talk the ins and outs of manifestation as they perceive it. The girls talk about when they first learned about manifestation, what this concept means to them, and then give some concrete examples of what they have manifested in their own lives.
The girls talk about conscious and unconscious manifestation, which tackles the flip side of manifesting, or what happens when we put out negative vibes with fear-based thoughts. It turns out there can’t be a blame-game when you are the creator of your own reality.
The girls give some tips for dealing with challenges, and keeping energy positive even when life gets a little more low-energy than we’d like.
The key takeaway? Be grateful for everything that you get in life.
Allie mentions the book E2, by Pam Grout. Pick up a copy and let us know how the energy experiments work for you!

In this episode, the girls talk about the pieces of the puzzle that comprise their daily morning rituals. Allie considers hers a ten-minute quick upgrade. She orders her work as gratitude. prayer. meditation. visualization...after she breaks every rule and checks her email first.
Laura wakes up early, and she starts with gratitude as motivation to start the day before her feet hit the floor. Listen in to hear why she never snoozes her alarm, and how she stays grounded even when she has to reach into so many different people’s energies.
Stay tuned to the very end, and find out why the ladies believe there is no one-size-fits-all morning.

In this episode, Allie and Laura conduct their inaugural interview with entrepreneurial powerhouse Gail Nott. Gail is an expert in social media, thought leadership, lifestyle coaching, and building strategic partnerships. In today’s episode, Gail joins Laura and Allie at Live Oak Studio to talk about BNI, self-care, entrepreneurship, spirituality, and her upcoming book.
A business owner for over fifteen years, Gail works every day to help women live their dreams. The girls get an intimate portrait of Gail’s life and learn what drives her to optimize the experiences of so many women every day.
Gail talks about the transformative power Louise Hay’s book, You Can Heal Your Life, had on her perception of other ways of being. Dealing with drastic health issues helped Gail realize that there was another path for her. Gail used networking and BNI to grow her business, and then eventually become a mentor herself. The ultimate logical problem-solver, Gail dispenses some invaluable advice, including how we can help advise others when the fear of being wrong hangs over so many of our heads. Gail also walks us through the critical questions to ask ourselves as we work to start and grow a business, including the ever-important, “Is this really the business I want to grow?” Then, Gail lets us in on her process for a vision reset. Ladies, this is important! Gail reminds us to ask ourselves, “Why am I doing this in the first place?” Gail introduces Allie and Laura to tree-bathing, and gives them a new way to frame that alluring word “hustle.” Gail gives us her tips on rituals, vision-setting, and keeping our work in perspective.
Make sure you stick around to the end, because Gail talks about the intersection of spirituality and business, and the importance of letting go of outcomes, even though it may be difficult at times.
Love Gail as much as we do? You can find her at www.gailnott.com

In the inaugural episode of strongHer, Allie and Laura give you a peek into their weird and wonderful brains by answering a few “getting to know you” interview questions. Then, the girls tackle a more serious topic: Why does the world need this podcast, and what do we hope to provide to the community with this work?
The ladies manifest a list of places to see and guests to interview: including but not limited to taking the pod to the top of a zip line and interviewing Caleb Marshall and Gabby Bernstein.
Finally, Laura and Allie tackle the question, “How do we make our big goals real?” Stay tuned for this, because there are some nuggets in there for us all.
Check out the reading list from the question, “If you could only save three books from a Farhenheit-esque burning,” below:
