Social distancing, quarantine, sheltering in place can make you feel even more lonely and disconnected than ever before. 

But struggling with singleness does not make you strange, or crazy, or lacking in faith. It makes you human. 

I got a question from a listener asking for tips and advice on how to deal with loneliness and anxiety during this time, and I brought my good friend – the one and only Mandisa, to help me tackle this question!
