Stuart Nash 'really disappointed' Amazon taking LOTR filming offshore
Amazon Studios is taking production of the Lord of the Rings television series offshore, after just one season. The company has spent more than $NZ 650 million so far, and was going to be eligible for a 25-percent rebate, but now that it's moving the filming for season two onwards to the UK it will only be eligible for a 20-percent rebate. Māni Dunlop spoke to the minister of economic development Stuart Nash.
