Welcome to another episode of The Conversation Cabin Podcast! Tonight, you'll hear a conversation I had with Jimmy, host of Spooky Appalachia! 

We will be diving into the mysterious world of Appalachia and the spine-tingling tales that have been passed down through generations. Appalachia is a region that spans from the southern US to the northeastern US, and it's known for its dense forest, rolling hill,, and rich culture. But it's also known for its haunted history and legends of cryptids, ghosts, and other paranormal phenomena. From the infamous Mothman to the terrifying tales of the Bell Witch, the lore of Appalachia has fascinated and frightened people for centuries.

Jimmy and his co-host Phil have created a Youtube channel where they dive deep into those stories, legends and lores of the region, researching, writing, telling stories about cryptids and other high strangeness. But they don't stop there - they also do reaction videos of paranormal clips, take video tours of haunted locations, and even live stream on various topic. I was thrilled to speak with Jimmy about his knowledge and passion for the eerie history of Appalachia!

Despite numerous investigations by both civilian and government agencies, the true nature of the object and the events surrounding its crash remain shrouded in mystery.

I know this was supposed to air last night but as every episode does, this one meant a lot to me. I will never put an episode out that is half ass because this is my craft & the finished product, is for all of you, my amazing listeners. 

This made me think, moving forward, I will release two episodes a week but I'm not going to set a day. I'm never going to rush myself to put out an episode. I need the experience, for you the listener, to be something different than just the ordinary. I put a lot into my work, the music, sound effects, playing characters when I can & I want you all to be able to feel it, experience the story.

In this episode, I shine the light on one of the most notorious serial killers in history: Jack the Ripper. But as we explore the brutal killings that terrorized Victorian London, we also take a moment to remember the victims, and to honor the lives that they lived before they were tragically cut short. Through their stories, we are reminded of the immense human cost of violence & brutality, and of the importance of bever forgetting the humanity of those who have been taken from us. Join me as I pay tribute to the victims of Jack the Ripper, and as we strive to ensure that their memory lives on!

Say their names: Mary Ann Nichols, Annie Chapman, Elizabeth Stride, Catherine Eddowes & Mary Jane Kelly. There were also other murders that were potentially link to Jack the Ripper, but these five are the most widely recognized of his victims.

Evening, Cabin Crew! In tonights episode, we will discuss the fascinating history of UFO sightings and crashes in Brazil, with a focus on the infamous Varginha incident. From the early UFO sightings in the 1940s to the more recent sightings and investigations, we explore the key events that have shaped the Brazilian UFO phenomenon. We will discuss the Varginha incident, examining the eyewitness testimonies, the government response, and the impact it's had on the public perception of UFOs in Brazil. After the episode, I ask you, do you believe that we are as good as the universe gets with humanoid species? Don't just ask yourself, do you believe in aliens, that is the common question and many say no but when you ask yourself, do we think we are that good enough to be the only species to have breath? I think not.
