After coming out of COVID, we all went back into full throttle mode after what was a traumatic couple of years. I tried some new things in my studio business and also launched new things in my coaching business. I hit burnout recently and realised I did not give myself the chance to stop as I have been in flight or fight mode in my business, surviving this pandemic. Let's just say I did ALL THE THINGS and learned ALOT! Join me.
