Salma Bi is a cricket extraordinaire.  A female cricketer who has recently been awarded a BEM (British Empire Medal) adding to her eight other National Awards. She started playing cricket for Worcestershire County and then went onto start many initiatives encouraging other young women in sport especially cricket.  

Salma is a cricketer, umpire, mother, businesswoman and a nurse. 

I caught up with Salma after many years, she shares with me her journey into motherhood, juggling work through covid and her BEM Award.

Hafeez Sumani is a modern day alchemist. Training for the Olympics as a track and filed athlete in Canada, he suffered a life changing injury and then spent the next few years fidning his purpose.  Hafeez now is a advocate of mental heath and wellness for men and is oart of a mens initiative called 'King of Hearts' that meet regularly and exhange dialogue for various topics.

Society doesnt teach men to express there feelings and speak freely, more work needed to help men understand themselves better inrder to create better quality relationsips.
