* The UFC has announced that the DC Athletic Commission won’t be overseeing the White House card. Instead, the Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC) will provide oversight in an advisory capacity. That wording sounds suspect. Does it mean anything different, by definition, than the duties the DC commission would perform?

* Does this seem like a conflict of interest?

* Dana White was asked if the UFC would be canceling any of its shows in the Middle East and he said there were no plans to move scheduled events from there. That can’t be a wise move, right?

* Jon Jones said the UFC refused to budge on their offer of $15 million for him to fight on the White House card while Dana White says Jones was never going to fight on the card. Who do you think is telling the truth here?

* Dana also said he met with Nate Diaz to talk about a UFC return but MVP made Nate an offer he couldn’t refuse. Considering the reports that they lowballed Ilia Topuria and Jon Jones, as well, what does this say about UFC’s future offerings?

* Gina Carano talked about the offers UFC made to her while she was under contract with Strikeforce, noting that not only did they offer to help extricate her from her contract, they offered to help her sue the promotion, as well. Would this information have helped any of the class action suits against the UFC?

* The Trump Administration intervened on behalf of Live Nation-Ticketmaster after Ari Emanuel made some well placed phone calls. Just how much power and influence does Ari wield?
