Episode 029 - 2022-2023 Recap:

What I've been up to this last (almost) year. Lots of rambling and self-interrupted stories (and anecdotes) in this one. From jiu jitsu to starting my lifting journey, my outdoor activities, to me complaining about the changing of the seasons, it's all here, folks! Just kidding, but we do get a tad introspective at times while reflecting - just the nature of the beast, I guess. I talk recent comings and goings, and I spoil some future plans for upcoming episodes.

Episode 030 - sTs 013 (Not a Friday the 13th Memorial Special??) or "Failure" coming soon. The council will take this request into congress, and come back with a decision.

I forgot to mention this is a musical cultural anthropology class being offered to you at no cost (donations to the university help), and is worth 1 elective credit towards any major/minor program of your choosing. Not redeemable for any monetary exchange. All exams are open book, note, and internet. All classes are pass only. This is going to be on the test. Don't worry, cause it's in your notes, too (and my shownotes).

In our second non-Halloween special, I run through all of the scary/horror movies I've watched

In this one, I talk about creating, and the power of self-confidence. We create this through our  foundation of positive mental attitudes/energy, and just good vibes. I explain the meaning (to me) of my favorite personal mantra, and things get me a little energized at the end. It's a good one.  We can work on building our confidence by showing up for ourselves day by day, and when we can't,  then we have a bank of experimental data from our past where we DID, and we can draw inspiration from this to keep on keepin' on. This is a good one.

In this one, I talk about the idea of "moments," and how our lives are made up of inter-connected instances. I use a story to show how we should try not to judge others on a single moment, because it might not be their best self we're seeing, and then I also give a little mini update on how things are going as of late.
