Back in 2020 I first introduced Sun Peak Metals ("Sun Peak" or the "Company") (TSX.V:PEAK - OTCQB:SUNPF), the Shire Project, in Ethiopia, and the drill program for the year. Unfortunately, in 2020 there were regional conflicts that forced the Company to suspend drilling. Now the Company is back on site with a 6,000-7,000 meter drill program underway. The Company was also able to recover some of the core from the 2020 drill program and is awaiting assay results. 

 

Greg David, President and CEO of Sun Peak Metals joins me to bring us up to speed on the drill program, recap what drilling was completed back in 2020 before things had to be shutdown, and the key targets that Company is focused on. I also have Greg comment on the environment in Ethiopia.
